Training and Qualifications
At Stepping Stones, we believe children thrive when they are cared for by knowledgeable, skilled and confident professionals.
All staff have up-to-date Safeguarding training and complete regular online and face-to-face courses to maintain the highest standards of safety and practice.
All practitioners hold relevant early-years qualifications. Most are Level 3 qualified, Level 2 qualified or apprentice level qualified.
Our ongoing CPD programme ensures staff continually refresh and expand their skills in line with the EYFS framework and Ofsted expectations.
